Once instructed we will come back to prepare the sale particulars where we take professional photographs, draw a floor plan and measure the rooms to produce a lifestyle brochure. All of our properties also get a virtual tour so purchasers can walk through your home before coming to see it in person.

We will advertise your home on all the major property portals including Rightmove, Zoopla & OnTheMarket. We the  advertise locally in the Abergavenny Chronical, The Brecon & Radnor and in our modern, prominent offices which have attractive window displays. Furthermore we are active on our social media pages and have our own interactive E- Magazine.

8. Viewings

We will carry out the viewings at your home- Don’t underestimate the importance of successful viewing conduct. This in itself is an art.

Carrying out the viewings means we are able to build a rapport with purchasers which helps us match them to their perfect home. Purchasers feel comfortable with us and so are honest with their viewing feedback and our knowledge and experience helps us answer any questions. Undertaking the viewings also helps us in negotiations in order to achieve the best possible price for you.

9. How did the viewing go?

Whilst your property is on the market, not only will you be able to login to your client profile but we will keep you up to date with what is happening. 11. Offers

When we receive an offer we will negotiate on your behalf in order to achieve the best possible price. Once a sale has been agreed we send out a memorandum of sale to all parties and their solicitors.

12. Solicitors

The sale process is now with solicitors who will undertake the legal side of things. However our job is not finished here. We will ensure we progress the sale to completion as quickly and as smoothly as we can. We will be there for you every step of the way, answering any questions and keeping you up to date.

13. Exchange (you're nearly there)

Once solicitors have completed the necessary paperwork, dealt with enquiries and received the monies, they will be ready to exchange contracts.

14. Completion
